GYMWORKS provides a wide range of services to help keep you motivated from One on One and small Group Personal Training to a variety of daily Group Exercise circuit classes including Boxing,Spin and Fatburner. We have membership packages to suit everyones needs or if you wish to just come on a casual basis we would love to see you! GYMWORKS Health Club opens from 6am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am-10.00am on Saturday. GYMWORKS also sell equipment direct to the public, from Treadmills and Rowers through to Bikes and X Trainers, you can set up your own Personal Gym in the privacy and safety of your own home. We have professional delivery and installation to help get you up and running in no time...If you're not quite sure what piece to buy then try our 'Hire to Buy' you can take your equipment home and pay on a month to month basis with no committment and INTEREST FREE! If at any stage you decide to buy your piece of equipment then we will deduct all your hire payments from the original price... it doesnt get better than that!
